Satisfaction of hotel guests, employees of food processing plants, industrial facilities and other companies is markedly affected by the quality of processed linen and work uniforms. It is a matter of both aesthetics and hygiene. Therefore, all activities in the laundry and utility operations are subject to quality assurance. We adhere to the quality management system according to European standard EN ISO 9001 and always strive for being a step ahead of our competitors in this respect. We use treated drinking water (filtering, softening). We utilize advanced technology monitoring of our processes, and quality control is applied by computer-controlled systems so that the washing is performed optimally for each kind of linen. The linen is washed clean and ironed and simultaneously protected against adverse influences (incrustation, fiber damage, improper pH). As a result, the linen wears longer and the customers save more money. Our biggest detergent supplier is Christeyns s.r.o.
The quality of washing in terms of cleanness, whiteness and minimum wear is regularly controlled. We can provide our customers and other interested parties with our Certification. The linen of individual customers is washed separately so that no marking is necessary. The linen is monitored during the entire process of order processing by means of specially developed software, reducing confusion to a minimum.
The linen is transported in shipping containers by special van-type trucks solely intended for this purpose.
